Cool Cats are really really Coool

I bought 2 jeans 7 days a go! from Cool Cat (hey stop laughing! they have guys sections too! and I think they should change their name too cool cat and mad dog to emphasize that!)
Well I left both of them for alteration! after 5 days! on 5th of February, according to the receiptthey gave me they should have been ready! so I went there to get my 2 jeans, but they said wooops! After 5 days its still not ready! But they told me that they will call me when it's ready so that I don't go there again and find out it's not ready again!
I left the shop get in my car and derived out of my parking lot (which is really really hard to find one at that time in emirates mall!!) then I received a call telling me, sorry for the inconvenience your jeans just arrived!
So I parked again and went there, and the girl was actually giving the jeans to me till I stopped her and showed her that the jeans are not done! she apologized again, and tell me she'll call me again when it is really ready! so for the third time I walk away without my jeans!
The day after I received a call that my jeans are ready! I go there, they give me one jean out of two! telling me Wooops Sorry, again the other one is not there, seems like only one is ready! so 4th time, One jean! that's an improvement! one jean out of two!
so I go home, I bring the jean out of bag! and I see the dangle thingy is still there! so again today for the fifth time, after 7 days from the date I purchased the jeans, I went there to at least remove the dangle! and yet the second jean is not there, and guess what! I found out that the receipt they gave me back the other time is the receipt for the same jean they gave me, not the one I actually am waiting to receive yet! These cool cat people are really really cool :)

btw the story is to be continued! :) I haven't received the second jean yet :)
